Frequently Asked Questions
You have questions, we have answers! Browse through our most Frequently Asked Questions about the Saskatoon Entertainment Expo. If we didn’t cover something here, reach out on our Contact page or through any of our social media channels and we’ll get you the information you need.
In 2020, the Expo takes place September 11-13 at World Trade Center Saskatoon at Prairieland Park.
Typically, we start announcing guests a few months before the actual date of the event. However, if there is absolutely something we just can’t keep secret, we will let you know sooner rather than later!
There are two ways to get a little face time with the object of your admiration.
1. Purchase an Autograph in the Media Guest Area. Autograph payments are cash only and happen at the guest’s table. They will provide an 8×10 glossy photo (included in the price) but you may bring your own items to get signed, if you wish, though that is at the Media Guest’s discretion. Typically, Autograph prices aren’t decided on by the Guest or Agent until they arrive at the show, but they are usually within $10-20 of their posted Photo Op price.
2. Purchase a Photo Op with the guest. Photo Ops are sold in advance as the guests are scheduled for their time. Photo Op prices are posted well in advance.
It’s important to have cash-on-hand at the show as autograph sales are cash only and many vendors do not take credit or debit. It’s a good idea to bring cash with you, but there are ATMS on-site at Prairieland as well.
The photo op time slots are strictly for photos only. Autographs are not permitted in the photo op area. However, you can get your favourite guest’s autograph at their table during their designated autograph times.
The autograph prices are set by each individual guest and are not posted ahead of time.
They are not. Autograph and photo op fees are separate.
Absolutely! Families are more than welcome. In fact, children aged 12 & under are FREE as long as they are accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older. A maximum of four children per adult.
Of course! This wouldn’t be much of a community if you couldn’t. Use our Contact page or any of our social media channels to send us a message.
Not at all. Cosplay is a fun, creative part of our event that many people take part in, but in no way is it necessary in order to experience everything that the Saskatoon Entertainment Expo has to offer.
You sure can. You can have up to four people in a photo, yourself included.
